Deposit and Withdraw

You may fund your account by Credit or Debit Card, Local Bank Deposit, International Bank Wire, Skrill (Moneybookers) and CashU. We will only return funds to the card you used to make the original payment or alternatively to your bank account that was used to make the Deposit or Transfer. Local Bank Deposits require proof of Deposit Receipt faxed to our Accounts Department along with your Radhai Investment Account Username and Photo ID.

Credit & Debit Cards

• Your card must be in the same name as your trading account
• Withdrawal will be processed up to 14 days after Radhai Investment approves the withdrawal request
• Funds deposited by credit card may only be repaid to the same credit card
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts equivalent 100 hundred
• In the event of payment failure by any third party, funds credited may later be recalled from your trading account
• You should be aware of any other charges your card issuer may apply

There is a 1.5% charge applicable for all card deposits, except India issued Credit/Debit cards which are free.

Withdrawals

There are no charges for credit card withdrawals or Direct Transfer payments to Bank Accounts.

• Payments to all local bank accounts are free of charge
• Credit Card withdrawals are free of charge
• 25 rupee charge for CHAPS payments for Overseas Accounts

Bank Wires

If your Equity balance falls to 30% of your Used Margin then open positions will be automatically closed out starting with the highest losing position first.

Radhai Investment does not charge when crediting a bank payment to your trading account, however, your own bank may make a charge for the payment transaction.
