To carry on the business as Financial and Investment Consultant and act as issue manager, lead manager, underwriters, sub-underwriters, brokers, sub brokers, dealers, and agents of shares, debenture stocks and other securities, company shall not carry on any NBFC activity. to carry on the business of buy, sell, trade, exchange, deal, swap borrow, guarantee, pledge hypothecate, charge, mortgage, procure or mobilise funds trade and financial instruments of all kinds and types, including shares, stocks securities, debentures, bonds, cumulative convertible preference shares, certificate deposits, commercial papers,partici pers,participation certificates,bills of exchange, letter of credit promissory notes, commodities, currency derivatives, forex market inter corporate, deposits, term long short term & long term loans,promotor funding trade debt syndication & treasury products,buyers line of extended credit, assignment of trade obligation/receivables, clean bill or invoice discounting,letter of credit backed bill discounting, working capital limits securitization of receivables,cheques whether negotiable or not currencies,drafts, traveller's cheques, factoring of debt security or financial instruments as debt,all kind of units coupons,warrants options & such other derivative issued or to be issued by companies governments corporations banks, co-operatives firms, organisations,mutual benefit societies in India or abroad and trade in either as principal broker, agent, dealer, stockiest,trader,consignee or any other capacity.
